Three possible answers

Transfer learning

MobileNetV3-Large, pretrained on ImageNet and fine-tuned on about 19,700 labelled CT slices from a public Kaggle dataset.

Known limits

Trained on scans from two hospitals and evaluated per slice, so real-world accuracy on new patients is likely lower than reported scores.
